Restoration of Civil Rights

·         If you have a felony conviction and your voting rights have not been restored, you are not allowed to register to vote.

·        The Florida Parole Commission provides an online search for restoration of civil rights (Note: The search only returns information about civil rights that have been restored).

·         If your rights have been restored, print out the Restoration of Rights Certificate and bring it with you when you register to vote.

·         If you have a felony conviction and believe your voting rights have been restored or you wish to make an application to have your rights restored, you can visit the Office of Executive Clemency Website.
